order number, description and the reason for the return.
We would be glad to
assist you in rectifying the matter. For bulk wholesale orders we will issue
you a reference number for a return. If we have by some error, shipped
the wrong goods to you, we will pay for the “Return Shipping” and re-ship the
correct order.
If you had placed a wrong order and want to change, then “Return
Shipping” will be paid by you. Please note that refunds will be issued to the
same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
